I've never seen a leaf this small, especially on this guy. The adult leaves are larger than my hand.

I found these guys coming out of the bottom of my zz raven. I've seen them grow from the top before but not through the bottom.

Bright indirect light, and was last watered 4 or 5 weeks ago.
