Clear safari data and prevent it from coming back

Every month or so my safari app goes up to around 6-8gb of storage use. I clear the cache which takes it down a bit. Ive also tried turning off iCloud sync for safari which got it further down, but it always comes back after a while. How do i clear it fully and prevent it from going vack up to 7gb of storage use??

Compact camera without limited recording time

Im looking for a compact camera, mostly for on the go nature or street photography. But i also want to be able to record some longer lectures. Sometimes up to 90min long.

Ive come to understand that many cameras are limited for tax reasons. So which compact lumix camera is either unlimited in its recording speed or can record 4k up to 90min without cutting out. (Ignoring the battery life limitation.)

Preferably not the most expensive as well.
