Trying to decide between buying from Abans or Singer. I know both can be a hit-or-miss in Sri Lanka, so I’d love to hear some real feedback on their warranty service, repair turnaround times, and customer support.
I’m having a frustrating issue where my collections spontaneously lose their movies. This has happened twice now, but enough to be a major headache. As shown in the picture, my collections stay populated only if I manually lock the metadata (like John Wick). Unlocked ones (like Ice Age) eventually just become empty folders.
After the first time it happened, I manually re-added the movies and locked them to "save" them. It just happened a second time to new collections I forgot to lock. 52 collections total; Jellyfin on Docker (Ubuntu Server).
Why is this happening? Is there a specific library setting or task purging these? Any tips to prevent this would be appreciated
