I'm completely unsure what context to give, but this computer is around 3 years old. It sat and continues to sit on my desk for month collecting dust; I barely use it at all. Even when I'm not running any apps it does this.

I did not know it was…. rainbow 😳 Two came with the spray set I got delivered yesterday, and I’m seriously doubting giving even a single piece to them, because WHAT IS THIS ABOMINATION?!
