Tips for teaching belly-to-back roll? (4.5 mo)

It seemed likely that our baby would learn how to do this BEFORE the reverse, but she is now constantly rolling from back-to-belly and then crying!

We feel bad and it is disrupting her sleep. We’ve already tried the typical suggestions (reaching under the armpit to grab an arm, guiding arms, visual tracking), but they don’t seem to be making a difference.

Is there anything else we should try? Any tools other than using regular toys we already have? Not sure if I used the right tag but I’m looking for suggestions! Thanks in advance.

4 mo postpartum with my baby 100% feeding on my pumped breastmilk. I’m grateful to be able to make just enough, but I really thought the exhaustion would have started to get better by now. I feel so fatigued immediately after each pumping session (around 15 mins) and in the middle of doing chores. Just tired of being so tired. When does the energy return or does this keep going until this journey is over?
