Is noise self-aware, like portrait?

There's only 2 things in-game that backup my theory, but i believe it can still work.
The first piece of evidence is Noise's start, where after it crawls out of the tv it goes forward to where you were BEFORE copying your movement, likely added for making noise not teleport, but i believe it's for self-awareness.
The second piece of evidence is when the TV Noise crawls out of is broken, Noise sounds like it's screaming, and it immediately faces to you, trying to get you but it's already too late.
There's major evidence that Portrait is self aware (solved with the crucifix interaction in main floors), but i believe Noise can have something similar.

What do the modifiers mean?

My interpretation is:
The modifier percentage is your faith in Him.

Adding positive xp modifiers makes it harder to avoid sin, but as the star in the sky grows, so does your faith in Him.

Adding negative xp modifiers makes it easier, sure, but as the star in the sky fades away, so does your faith in Him.

Possible modifier ideas for raveyard

The audience could get bored of only watching the blacksite have modifiers, how about they switch channels to the raveyard?
There are also badges for 1 and 2 star modifiers for here, 1 star is 30%, 2 star is 60%, and 3 star is 90%.
Tough calcium: The skeleton enemies are enhanced. (Bouncer deals more damage, and skelepede is slightly more accurate.) +10%
Hardened stone: Candlebearers cannot be frozen. +5%, incompatable with light up the night and lit party.
Light up the night: Candlebearers are now always enraged, incompatable with hardened stone and lit party. +10%
OOPS ALL CANDLEBEARERS!: Candlebearers appear everywhere, incompatable with lit party. +15%, 1 star.
Lit party: Candlebearers are always enraged and appear everywhere, incompatable with OOPS ALL CANDLEBEARERS!, light up the night and hardened stone. +35%, 2 stars.
Extra staff: 2 bouncers are chasing at the start, and 3 are chasing in the finale. +20%, 1 star.
Containment breach: Skelepede has a new friend. (Bottomfeeder also spawns with skelepede, 15%, 1 star.)
Quick on his feet: Bouncer now moves faster, +10%, 1 star.
Art porfolio 2: electric boogaloo: Art porfolio is back, and the windows don't close on their own :D +15% because of the added difficulty to close the tabs.
So the first night is never usually that bad in any of the games so I'll play through-: Every second, there's a 1/5000 chance for you to instantly die along with a bouncer jumpscare. +10%, 2 star.
Not for broadcast the second: In the church segment, you get a 1 minute and 30 second timer before instant death. +30%, 2 star, the modifier percentage is not awarded unless the game is won.
Lock in and all or nothing also return as 2 stars!

What's with the skybox changing at the end of domains?

Probably God coming down to stop everything, or maybe His light blessing us.

Note: I wanted to music sync SPEAK NO EVIL, for sinrow I had to manually start OBS because THE THING WOULDN'T LISTEN TO MY KEY PRESSES, and for sorrow i originally also wanted music sync but settled to cutting the recording.
