There's a woman on tiktok claiming that washing our afro hair 2-3x a week will cause it to thrive as that is what "the brazillians do". What do you think?

I think this is a massive generalisation and harmful advice, but there are people agreeing. She hasn't referenced/conducted a survey that proves afro-Brazillians do wash their hair that often; she's a Black British woman using comment section testimony as evidence. This one size fits all advice spoken like fact doesn't sit well with me, and I predict a lot of irritated scalps. Her @ Curl Anthology

Is there an easy method to tell your relaxed and natural hair apart?

I've decided to do a big chop, but I'm struggling to tell where my relaxed hair ends and my natural hair starts. The relaxed strands are kind of curly, I probably didn't relax it properly. My natural hair is very coily, though.
