79 to 69kg in 3months and im improve my back and chest my workout is PPL/UL high protein diet and all if you need some advice dm me and lets discuss your goal. ano po ba need ko pa iimprove here hehe. kayo ano workout plan nyo and diet comment nyo naman para sa mga ibang beginners.
