Footpath encroachment drive in tumkur

When will our hdmc start this, I think all the representatives are here just to fill their pockets and enjoy holidays in other cities, boils my blood seeing conditions of roads and footpaths in the city, i think we have one of the longest footpaths along side H-D road, Something must be done otherwise they're more than happy to let us rot.

Where can I find premium petrol in Hubli?(apart from shell-V)

Hey hubli folks,

Does anyone know which fuel stations in Hubli currently sell premium petrol?

I'm looking for fuels like:

IndianOil XP100

IndianOil XP95

BPCL Speed 97/Speed

HP Power 95

If you've filled up recently, please let me know the pump location and whether it's still available.

Also, if there are any other premium fuel options in Hubli-Dharwad that I missed, I'd appreciate the recommendations. My bike's fuel system had damaged due to continuous e-20 use.

The Walkability Problem Nobody Talks About in Hubli

Recently visited Davangere, Tumkur, Bagalkot and Mangalore.

One thing stood out: Hubli has the least pedestrian-friendly roads among them.

​

Broken footpaths, encroachments, utility poles in the middle of walkways, open drains, and parked vehicles often force people onto the road.

​

A city's quality isn't measured only by flyovers and wider roads. It's also measured by how safely a child, an elderly person, or a pedestrian can walk.

Need to start an LLC in Arizona for a little project, but I have no clue what I am doing

Hey everyone,

I’ve been doing some freelance consulting and light e-commerce work from my home office here in Tempe for about two years now. Things are finally picking up enough that my CPA basically staged an intervention and told me it’s time to move past being a sole proprietor for the liability protection alone.

I’ve been Googling how to start an LLC in Arizona, but some of these blogs feel like they’re just trying to sell me a $500 filing service I might not even need. I’d rather DIY it or at least understand the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) process before I pay someone else.

For those of you who have gone through the AZ-specific process recently, did you guys just list yourselves, or is it worth paying for a registered agent service?

Is the online portal through the ACC actually user-friendly? I know AZ is one of the few states where you still have to publish a notice in a newspaper. Which paper did you use for Maricopa County that won’t break the bank?

I’m trying to get this wrapped up before the summer heat really kicks in and I lose all motivation to do paperwork.
