I have a case of crossbite where my lower canine overlaps the upper lateral incisor (my upper canine is also impacted).

My dentist is still analyzing the case and will give me a verdict at the next appointment, but for now he has given me two possibilities.

The first option would be to use a bite lift to move the lower canine into the correct position and align the lower teeth while using a spring to create space for the upper canine.

The second is to insert an expander.

How was your experience?

I simply can't find the name of this book. I remember that the author was murdered (or died in an accident) a few years ago; the cover was black and had a woman in a red dress, and also a man with a suit. I think this is the old version of the cover.

I don't remember the plot very well, but was it a romance perhaps? Maybe it involved murder/crime?

When I was younger I had a near-death experience, to summarize it quite briefly, it was a very dark environment with a light in the background and basically someone (it was more of an inner voice) said "you can choose: To stay or to be born again"
So I made a not-so-conscious choice and came back.

That's why I believe in reincarnation, even though I grew up in a Christian family. Má sja li varas NDE where people see fields of flowers, or gods, or simply nothing(To be honest, the idea of spending eternity or something like that in a void scares me a little)

I'd like to know your opinions and experiences.
