The fundamentals of this game mean that banning multiaccounts and griefers is not in the best interest of the website owners.
The reality is that all profit made from this game is driven from purchasing droplets and at this stage in the games lifecycle, nobody is going to purchase droplets when you can simply wait a day or two and achieve the same result instead of spending money.
That is of course, unless you want to get an advantage over another player who is griefing your artwork so that you can continue to progress, especially if that person is using more than one account to harass you.
It also doesn't help that people with multiple accounts clearly take the game more seriously and are therefore more likely to put money into the game.
