My volleyball knee pads are worn out and I’m in the market to buy something…

Hey all, need some help.
I’ve played many hours single player, but my wife recently got into CK3 and GOT in general so she wanted to play a game with me. I’ve never played multiplayer so this has been a learning curve. We both my ourselves starting with different lands.
The question is…. She wants us to be married. So I had to accept that obviously… but how do we manage to get our characters together to have kids if we’re both off doing our own thing?
