im from utah and i might be moving to iowa and i want to march dci but never marched anywhere else. im almost 20 so colt cadets is out of the question. what is something i should look out for next year during auditions and such? how much would it cost for the whole season? how long would camp be during the summer? any and all information is greatly appreciated.
Hello! i currently live in utah but my family is planning on moving to Goodlettsville (which is right outside of nashville so its great) and ive seen some videos on obsidian and im in love. in utah, we dont have indoor winds or very many indoor programs at all so this is really eye opening for me and i would LOVE to participate but would like to know any/all information yall could give me about this wonderful program. Would they even be willing to accept some random outcasted kid from utah who only has 1 season of marching band experience? let me know!
okay so when i went into band i didn't start on clarinet, i started on flute. i then went on to play saxophone for the rest of my high school career. i just started learning clarinet and wow this is hard. i have to relearn how to position my fingers. i was taught to use the tips of my fingers to push the keys on my saxophone and never flat fingers because we had really fast parts in marching band. with clarinet i have to put my fingers flat to really make sure they are sealed. what are some tips to remember to keep them flat and not use my fingertips? exercises you guys could recommend me? thanks!
im 19m and meeting up with a guy next week and gonna hangout and cuddle then things might escalate. ive never been with a guy outside of a hug and a kiss from 1 guy i dated but outside of that i have no experience with being with a guy like that. any advice? anything i should keep in mind? thanks also delete if not allowed.
i wanna catch my first bass and havent had any luck (patriot canal and jordan river reservoir are the only places ive been where i know there is bass). im tired of catching catfish in the jordan river and wanna catch more species like bass. is it good there? thanks.
