Bree says to McCluskey, "My track record with lovers. 2 dead, 1 in a wheelchair." But it's actually 3 dead - Rex, George, and Karl. Did the writers forget about George or was he just insignificant?

I was trying to unlock rare decor for Fishing Lure by releasing Pikmin but I didn’t realize that you were only supposed to release duplicates so now I don’t have the originals except for the yellow one. Should I just look for more Fishing Lure seedlings to replace the ones I released? Sorry if it’s a stupid question
