Are you missing orders but always get your forced outs?
I began saving my order slips because this shit is just too much.
We are all the time getting forced outs, more than half the time don't even see them in the handheld and/or know they're coming. All of these LB, CT, and FR we JUST got THIS week and THENNNNNNNN..
A list of FIVE/SIX CLOs beginning Sunday? (Tues for me) I have 9 DOLLAR GENERALS on my route...N I N E. How many do you have? So now we have our resets - end cap is LB and CT. Mag rack is Chester. Then there is the dip. Then there is the FR and I'm sure they are MAG or some shit. I always look on Sundays after I do my yard work, shower, and look at what hell is coming for me when I come back.
So tell me, why did we just get allllllllll of this shit forced on us to get MORE forced on our new end cap and mag resets?? Where would you like me to put the mother fuckers? Because of the LB take home and 2.79 forced outs, I now have over $2.5k in my inventory. That's a lot for me. I absolutely hate having inventory EXCEPT for 2/$1.00. Now that DG check in is streamlined, I basically have to allow whatever it is to sell down and then choose a day where I run my inventory or then I'm forced to run my orders AND create new orders to sell in any of my inventory. It's stupid af.
Anyway,
I'm having serious issues with some accounts that I am ordering for not having orders show up. Today I had one where the account had been put on hold bc of accounting issues. It's fixed. I put the order in Wed morning around 9:30ish am for today. Guess what didn't come? Dropped the order slip in my DSLs box cause I'm fed up w this bs.
WHY DO MY ORDERS SEEMINGLY GET DROPPED WHEN I'VE PUT THEM IN WITHOUT ZERO ISSUES WITH TIMING ETC? I'LL TELL YOU WHY. BECAUSE MY BONUS PERCENTAGE IS HIGHER THAN THEY WANT TO PAY ME. I'M DEAD ASS SERIOUS.
I have had TWO DGs this week that had orders placed that didn't show up...twice.
So not only are we getting all of this bullshit forced outs that are unnecessary and making our DGs look like dog shit, but when I order what I need? I'm not getting what I ordered...at all.
And those forced outs this week? Guess who got MIX AND MATCH bags of SALT & VINEGAR instead of what was on the label? And guess what was damaged? You guessed it! Allllllllll of the mix and match bags were wide ass open on the top or more than half of the box.
SOMETHING has to give here. I'm never going to take the hit on the warehouse not owning their failures. It's not going on MY numbers. You're not taking my stales/damaged $$$ limit either.
