Hello everyone. I wanted a solo license so chose that option in the website and paid via PayPal. The payment is confirmed and everything but when I click the license details on my panel it appears as an advanced license (800+ euros instead of around 240 euros I paid).

Later on got an email that I need to pay the new license 800+ euros one. Also the next subscription appeared as an advanced one, not the solo I wanted.

How did this happen? I'm sure I selected the solo one. Also the price was of the solo one.
