I cant find 'gullideckel / manhole cover' rims that fit my car

I have an '96 C180 and I've decided to put some nice rims on it. The problem with this is, that the rims I landed on seem to not be legal with the C180, even though I specifically searched for them.

Is it possible, to put 8×16 ET34 rims on it legally or do you have any recommendations? I live in Germany, if that helps.

Toleranz bei Geschwindigkeitsmesstafeln

Inweifern haben diese Tafeln einen Toleranzbereich, bzw. eine Aussagekraft?

Die Frage kommt bei mir auf, da eine Tafel in einer Ortschaft bei Tacho 30, 33 kmh anzeigt, in einer anderen Ortschaft allerdings nur 27 kmh bei gleichbleibender Geschwindigkeit.

Inwiefern haben diese Tafeln also eine Aussagekraft, müssen kalibriet werden, oder sind generell von der StVO überhaubt aufgefasst?

Please help me (diagnostic problems)

tldr: airbag lamp glows on startup for 1-2 mins, and I have problems connecting a diagnostic tool.

I have a 1996 c180. Recently I removed the gaguecluster to check on the lamps. After putting it back in the airbag lamp started glowing on startup for 1-2 minutes.

I suspected that the removement of the gaguecluster induced a faultcode so I baught a diagnosis tool (iCarsoft MB V1.0) and a adapter connected at pin 1, 3, and 4.

After some trying out and even resoldering the connections to pin 1, 2, and 15, it still didn't work.

Do any of you have some advice for me, or should I seek professional help?
