I don't know a whole lot about screaming or distortion, so excuse me if I mess up some terminologies, but in this song, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kO2cnheNZE0 , at around 2:21/2:22 and 2:49/2:50, there's a sort of distortion or scream that the singer does and I can't tell whether it's some type of false chord or fry scream or some other type of distortion.

I'd really appreciate some help; would like to learn how to do something like that safely.
