Where do you order gun parts to be delivered to your home?

I have SKS PAP M59/66 and it needs replacement bolt unit. Every website i searched offers everything in literally pieces. Seperate bolt, seperate firing pin, seperate extractor, etc.

Do anyone do like full part of gun part or just like this in pieces?

I have this little cabin where i periodically smoke fish. Can i use it to quickly smoke the leafs? Isnt there a fire cure thing in this field of tobacco?
