Two questions I have about Greco wrestling and open division

I’ve been having some fun with jujitsu lately and I’ve used what I’ve learned in wrestling to keep up with the guys more seasoned in jujitsu than me,but I’ve heard that Greco Roman style wrestling suits a wrestler better if they’re going to practice jujitsu
Is this true or is freestyle just not used fully enough to its potential for jujitsu?

And side question I have about open division is I want to compete again and I know how hard it is to compete when you’re not in high school or college so I’m curious if anyone knows the process to enter an open division competition?

What is the knight of faith?

I’ve seen a movie called the seventh seal and I it made me want to learn more about this concept from Soren Kierkegaard call the knight of faith. Something I’m eager to know more about is how faith isn’t found through reason but found in pursuit of it.
I cant really explain it but I’d love to hear some good explanations for it to understand

Edit;after some great feedback now I’m curious about some recommendations. Anyone know some Christian or Catholic theologians and philosophers worth reading about?

How do I set goals for weightlifting and meal planning?

I think I might’ve posted this already but whatevs lmao

So I’m beginning to notice that I really got start touching the weights more
And I would but I don’t have a clear workout plan let alone a goal to begin with

Some people have told me to just make a workout plan or just start picking up weights but that’s just not very clear for me to understand.

I’m it saying they need to pick it up for me but i just want to know what workouts,
how many days,
how many reps and sets,
what meals are ideal and what foods to avoid, those types of things

Help me here please?

So I’m trying to get back into wrestling and I don’t think I’m too old yet
But I want to find out how I can join a national wrestling team or where do begin?

Edit: so I should be more clear
I want to get back into wrestling but I’m a bit unsure as to how I should set my goals here. So far I’ve put in my head that I need to first find a gym or club, enter into some type of regional competition, and then from there I can’t really figure out what I should be doing after that if I do get to join.
Anyone got any advice or anything that helps me set better goals for this?

Anyone down to wrestle?

I may not be smart for giving this much information away but here goes😭
I’m currently in Jacksonville Florida
I’m 20, 144 LB, Dominican and Costa Rican🇩🇴😎

I’m trying to visit more gyms here in Florida, learn more about wrestling, and obviously get much better at this sport.

I’ve been pretty active, training at least 2-3 times a week either at home or doing some jujitsu with some guys at work( guys at the navy who happen to be black belts)

My goal for now is to just find any open entry level competition I can enter this year and practice from now and until then

Anyone here nearby to help me or at least know what I can do?

How should I respond to this

So my dad and I got into a discussion about obsession recently
I was trying to talk about how it was a good and successful movie
But then at some point in the discussion he made it seem necessary to compare it to the Godfather, interstellar,Casablanca, etc

It felt weird because I’m aspiring to have a deeper and broader view of cinema, and have wide selection of really good films that I can say I have seen
I’m a bit of a casual at the moment, but those are some successful films that I think a lot of people know about, like surface level bangers at least
I’m probably wrong but I guess I’m trying to gage his caliber of cinema goer or movie watcher

What do you guys think for these? And also what song would go well with the types of vibe here?

I tried to show my face more compared to my last couple of posts lmao
I’ve got a lot I want to get better at though so the more constructive the criticism the better!
I didn’t mess with it too much in post except for the last couple of photos where I tried to brighten it a bit more
But I’m really hoping it gives good composition and story

Album cover worthy or just photos?

So I took these pictures and I’m not feeling too great but I saw potential. I saw the scenery and I thought of some cool ideas and angels I wanted to take but I don’t think I was able to fully flesh out or see what it was
What’s something i did wrong or something I could’ve done here ?

Second batch, what do you guys think this time?

I took these around the same time I took the other photos of myself during golden hour
I feel like they capture the same atmosphere and warmth but idk about the focal point in terms of what I was trying to look at.im thinking now that I should’ve had a bit more space to show what I could’ve been looking at
(There was wrestling shoes on the other couch now that I remember)
