Hey! I am looking for a place in Leuven for about 2 weeks from 30th August to 15th September. Is there anyone interested in renting a property together around that period?

Let me know if you are interested or have any questions.

AI is doing my Zoho CRM work – and many tasks now take half the time

I’ve started delegating my Zoho CRM work to AI – and many tasks now take me half the time.

It has been so useful that we’re now working to make it available to everyone.

Instead of clicking through records and tabs, I simply describe what needs to be done. It searches the CRM, creates or updates records, adds notes, schedules follow-ups, and reports back.

What would you ask it to do first? 🤔

Zapier workflow for filtering junk form leads

Website forms often create CRM leads before anyone sees they were SEO spam, bot noise, or irrelevant pitches. I built LeadFilter AI: an API step between the form and CRM.

The Zap is simple:

  1. Trigger: new website form submission
  2. Action: Webhooks by Zapier → POST https://api.leadfilter.zsetup.com/v1/leads/analyze
  3. Path A: if verdict is likely_spam, send it to a review queue / tag it / notify Slack
  4. Path B: otherwise, create the lead in HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or whatever CRM you use

It returns a score, verdict, categories, and request ID, so nothing is silently discarded. Auth is one x-api-key header.

I built it, so disclosure. Would you prefer spam routed to a Slack review queue, a CRM status, or a Sheet/Airtable?

LeadFilter AI is live with a 14-day free trial. Launch discount for the first 50 customers: use code EARLY50.

Search All Functions - Searching Every Zoho CRM Deluge Function Just Got Easier

Hey everyone,

Weekly update to the Zoho CRM DevTools extension: the Search All Functions dashboard now shows Deluge source with full syntax highlighting.

Search All Functions adds a button on Zoho CRM's functions page that searches every Deluge function in your org at once - names, API names, descriptions, and full source code - then lets you jump straight into Zoho's native editor with "Edit in CRM."

Until now, the source preview in the results was plain black-on-white text. Now it's color-coded to match Zoho's own Deluge editor - keywords, strings, namespaces, methods, comments, and more - and your search term stays highlighted on top of the coloring. So when a search turns up a function, you can actually read it and confirm it's the one you want without opening it first.

Free, like everything we've shipped so far.

As always, feedback and bug reports are welcome.

Search All Functions - Major Zoho CRM DevTools Update

Hello everyone,

We've released Search All Functions, a new feature for the Zoho CRM DevTools extension.

A "Search All Functions" button is now available on Zoho CRM's functions page. It opens a dashboard (see screenshot below) that searches every Deluge function in your org at once, covering names, API names, descriptions, and full source code. Selecting a result and choosing "Edit in CRM" opens it directly in Zoho's native editor.

Previously, locating where a specific field API name, module, webhook, or piece of legacy logic is used across an org meant opening functions one by one. This feature reduces that to a single search.

It's free, like everything we've released so far.

The extension is available on the Chrome Web Store:

Feedback and bug reports are welcome.

Chrome Extension for Zoho CRM Deluge DevTools

Hey folks,

I’ve been working with Zoho CRM/Deluge for a while, and one thing that always bothered me was the default function editor. It gets the job done, but staring at it for long sessions is not exactly fun.

So we made a small Chrome extension called Zoho CRM DevTools.

It adds:

  • cleaner editor themes
  • better syntax highlighting for Deluge
  • indent guides
  • a generally less painful editor experience

It doesn’t collect any data. It just tweaks the editor UI locally.

Here’s the Chrome Web Store link:

If anyone here writes Deluge in Zoho CRM, I’d genuinely love feedback. Also curious what other editor improvements people wish Zoho had built in.

[Room Swap] My 20m² room with private terrace for your spot in "The Village"

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to see if anyone would be interested in a room trade for the upcoming semester.

What I have: I currently have a high-quality room in a smaller, quieter sharehouse. It’s a great setup if you value space and privacy.

  • Size: 20m²
  • Features: Loft bed, private terrace, and its own fridge.
  • Private Bathroom: You have your own bathroom (shower/toilet).
  • Listing: https://kotwijs.be/tenant/listing/10857 (same property, another room)

What I’m looking for: I’m looking for a room in The Village (Studentcomfort).

Why the trade?
After booking, I realized that I’d actually prefer a much more social, "crowded" environment with a larger community of students. My current room is objectively "nicer" and more private, but I’ve decided I’m willing to trade that extra space and the private terrace for the social vibe of The Village.

If you’ve secured a spot in The Village but are now thinking you’d actually prefer a larger, more premium room with a private terrace and bathroom, this could be a perfect win-win.

If you're interested, drop a comment or send me a DM and I can send you some photos of the space!
