I was watching a show about how feral hogs are overrunning parts of the Southern US. People are trapping them, hunting from helicopters, and they are unable to kill them fast enough. With that in mind, imagine raptors breeding in remote areas, or in areas dominated by farmland (pigs, cows, etc). The fact that we're struggling to contain feral hogs makes me think we might struggle to contain rapidly breeding raptors.

Possibly it would start with farmers illegally letting sterile raptors loose so they could kill the feral pigs, but won't eat the crops, thinking they could kill the raptors later. Then it's the old Jeff Goldblum speech of 'Life finds a way' and boom, tons of fertile raptors eating and breeding like crazy.

People do have a history of trying to fix a problem by introducing an invasive species only to lose control of the invasive species.
