Looking for advice on de-yellowing plastic

I recently got this Twilight brushable (I think she’s official based on the feel of the plastic and the product code stamp) but her head has some major yellowing going on.

I researched based on other dolls that you can submerge the head in 3% hydrogen peroxide and leave it in the sun for 2-3 days but I was just wondering if this will lift off more color than it should? Will the areas that aren’t yellow be affected or will its original color stay intact? Will the nylon hair also get affected by the hydrogen peroxide?

Any advice is appreciated ^^

When you clearly have a favorite ghoul then boom, pink demon shows up

Guess my solution should be to kick out Cupid and buy another Frankie 💀

Unboxed Cupid and went straight to curling her hair by shoving her in the freezer :3

Being a doll collector is wild cus what do you mean a new doll needs to be boiled alive then stuffed in the freezer before displaying her all cutesy in the shelf like nothing ever happened🤣

“I’m just gonna do a simple wash to keep the original curls” *immediately boil washes the crap out of the hair*

I originally just wanted to do wash Spectra’s hair with soap and do a conditioner treatment then call it a day, hoping the curls would still be intact, but that proved otherwise. I had to do about 3 boil wash sessions just to tame the hair and get rid of the waves caused by the twist braids. I think Spectra’s hair turned out real nice and she now has a light curl which adds to the wispy ghost vibe. It’s definitely a big step up from her original box hair.
