Dark patches / spots on bottom lip?
they kinda just appeared randomly . I had these patches for a few months but recently they darkened does anyone have any recommendations

What to do about lip hyperpigmentation?
I don’t really know what the cause of the hyperpigmentation is in the first place, so if anyone could help me figure out potential causes that’d be great. Any tips for getting rid of these patches/dark spots? they kinda appeared randomly and started darkening over time.
