Are there services that gather documents for you? (Not just filling out the citizenship forms)

I am looking to get my Maltese citizenship which I am eligible for because my grandparents were born there. The forms are simple enough but I really don't want to have to dig through my Nana's house to find the supporting documents. I love her but she's in her 80s with undiagnosed and unmanaged ADHD so where the documents are if they haven't been lost to time is just not an adventure I want to go on. Are there any services that I can pay that will get replacements for their birth certificates/marriage certificate etc? All the services I've found so far require you to have the documents, which to me is the hard part. I can fill out a form just fine.

Do you actually wear your aligners 21 hours a day?

I am a *rule follower* so I very diligently wear my aligners 21 hours a day, often more because that's what the rules are and I don't want to mess up the process! However whenever I've run into others in the wild who also have Invisalign it seems like none of them are actually following the rules, or they will sheepishly say *mostly*. So dear Reddit, do you follow the rules? No lying, or justification.

Hey guys, former Vegan here, now "Medically Necessary Carnist”.

I used to really care about (the ego boost associated with) being vegan. Before anyone asks, yes, I tried everything, but no not really. I react to every plant on the planet, all hundreds of thousands of them.

Don’t worry though, I’m still morally superior, I’m basically vegan in spirit, which I’m pretty sure still counts for at least 70% of the points.

Anyway, not looking for advice, just venting. Please be kind and stroke my ego.
