Pleasant Grove Rd & Mt Juliet Rd Traffic Light Change....

Whoever the clowns are that reprogrammed the traffic lights at Pleasant Grove Rd and Mt Juliet Rd....just....LOL. It is an absolute joke now.

I'm sure all the countless Flock Cameras are perfectly programmed and adjusted though.

I hope all you clowns stub your toes every single morning.

2016 AWD Equinox, Possible Bad Driveline? I'm At A Loss....

What's up everyone. Hopefully I can pick some brains here on an issue I'm having. I'm at a loss and just wondering if there's something I might be missing?

My wife has a 2016 Chevy Equinox LT (V6, AWD with the 6 Speed Automatic). Currently at 94K miles. Runs excellent, I've never had a problem. Always serviced. I did the transmission, transfer case and rear diff fluids myself last year. It's just been a fantastic SUV. So I noticed there was wear on the passenger front tire recently, mainly on the shoulder of the tire (balding). It pulled ever so slightly to one side, but it drove pretty straight and felt great driving. So I schedule with the tire shop to get 2 brand new tires mounted and balanced on the front, and get a full alignment done. I went with Continental ProContacts.

I go pick it up from the shop and immediately notice there is now a vibration when accelerating and also getting a random "clunk" type sound every so often (you can actually feel it), coming from the rear area. I bring it back because I immediately thought they screwed something up. They put it back on the lift, and check everything and say everything is tight and nothing they did was wrong.

The vibration when accelerating is only when my foot is on the gas. Soon as I take my foot off the gas, it goes away. What has me stumped, is that according to the alignment sheet, they basically made almost no adjustment. I got the car home, got underneath and checked everything myself. Lugs are all torqued. All the suspension, control arms, sway bars, I checked the CV Joints, everything is tight. I check the drive line....no sloppiness or extra play or anything. Carrier Bearing looks okay from what I can tell (see picture).

My question is, does it sound like a driveline Carrier Bearing or U-Joint went bad? Just a fluke and terrible timing? or possible the mechanic thrashed on my car when he test drove it?

I appreciate any insight you all might have!
