How do you feel like everything is ok after an argument? 20F, 21M
Me and my partner just had our first “fight”, it wasn’t bad and we quickly talked it out and things went back to normal but for me it still doesn’t feel okay. I just keep convincing myself he’s mad and I feel like every interaction isn’t normal, even though it is. He promised we’re okay and that everything is okay but I’m just still overthinking and I don’t know how to make it feel like things are okay
