which stainless steel juicer has been durable for you?

I’m looking for a stainless steel juicer for home use and would really appreciate some recommendations from people who have been juicing for a while. I usually make carrot, celery, apple and ginger juice, and I’d like something sturdy that can handle those without feeling like I need to replace it every year. Is there a particular model you’ve been happy with?

Appreciate any help, thanks!

What beginner mistake do you wish you fixed earlier?

I'm trying to build good habits instead of learning everything the hard way. there seems to be so much advice online that it's hard to know what actually matters when you're just starting out.

I've been running a few days each week, taking rest days, and trying not to increase my distance too quickly, but i'm sure there are things i'm missing.

Looking back, what's one mistake you made as a beginner that you wish someone had warned you about? it could be pacing, recovery, shoes, stretching, warmups, running too often, or anything else. i'm curious what ended up making the biggest difference once you figured it out.
