Strong aroma of dried fruits immediate upon beginning the roast. I went light with the roast as I am more keen to keep the notes of sweetness. When I went darker, I could taste a deeper richness, more chocolatey hints and an overall stronger body.

I run a specialty coffee business online, and I am thinking of expanding into delivery. Basically, getting into my car and dropping off orders (whole roasted beans). Is this a service which would be of any interest? I'm trying to get more momentum into my online site which has seen an uptick as well as save my local customers the shipping. Any advice is welcome. Here is my website for anyone interested: http://elquetzal.coffee
