Anyone who has OBC NCL certificate pending. What are you planning to do?

I am 31 OBC candidate. I have applied for the NCL certificate. But, they are facing server issues since last 1 week. I am not sure whether I will get the certificate before 20 May. I will get the certificate, but deadline might get crossed. How strictly RBI checks the date of document. Any thoughts on this from someone who has faced similar situation.
