Found this adorable fanart of the Mccloud family. Credit goes to HeresyArt.

An artist on FurAffinity named HeresyArt drew a picture of Fox & Krystal in an alternate timeline in which they lived on Sauria and had 6 children (one of them being Marcus).

I thought this was very well done and super cute.

Here's a link to the original source: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62113539/

EDIT:To further elaborate, this takes place in an alternate timeline in which Star Fox Adventures ends with Fox and Krystal being unable to leave Sauria and they end up stranded there for years. It was just the two of them, so because they were attracted to each other, & there's no contraceptives, they ended up having six children.

The Camp Half Blood Chronicles should've been adapted into an animated T.V. franchise.

Whether they’re animated or live action, the problem with adapting the books into movies is that they would have to remove world building and character development for the sake of a short runtime. Even if the live action Percy Jackson movies with Logan Lerman tried to be as faithful as possible, they still would've suffered this problem.

The books can't be adapted into live action television because it's too expensive. If they were adapted to animated television, they would've been cheaper to make.

Another reason why they can't be adapted to live action is because Riordan has written like 30 novels in the CHBC universe, but the characters have only aged 6 years. If it was animated, they could've gotten adult voice actors who can convincingly sound like kids and teens.

Even if I didn't see the cartoon, I still would've disliked this show.

Fans of the NATLA series seem to think that those who disliked the show are upset because it wasn't a 1 to 1 adaptation of the animated series. This isn't the case. The problem with the show is that it's not even a good show on it's own.

It's not well acted (not the actors fault), it's poorly paced, the effects aren't very good, nearly every line of dialogue consists of exposition, the characters aren't compelling and it's poorly directed.

Also, one of the main reasons why this show sucks is because Netflix is forcing it's writers to dumb down their dialogue for people who aren't paying attention because they're scrolling on their phones: https://variety.com/2026/film/news/matt-damon-netflix-movies-restate-plot-viewers-on-phones-1236633939/ This "tell, don't show" type of writing approach is detrimental to art.

Unless the fans of NATLA are the types who play with their phones while a show or movie is playing, I don't understand the appeal of this series.

Not only that, but regardless of how you feel about the show, it's not connecting with people because it lost 60% of it's viewers in the years between Seasons 1&2.
