PR for studies question

Hey guys! Recently was admitted into Aalto through waitlist to the bachelor of Digital Systems and design.

And i am seriously intending to study in Aalto. We already paid the tuition and all needed docs are uploaded in “Enter Finland” platform. But the only sections left - Clarification on origin of funds.

And the issues is that my dad is independent businessman, where he gives for a rent “dacha” (a cozy relaxing houses in the nature of mountains). He is working in this field for more than 10 years and there was no regulations or any kind of gov controls in terms of tax and etc.. He of course pays all bills, fees, taxes for the land and etc, but as i said before, there is no gov papers and records that can prove it. Only in cash with in person agreements.

What can you suggest in my case to prove that all his money is legal. The only paper that can prove is cadastre (gov certificate of his land ownership - 2-3 lands under his ownership). And we also have advertising posts on various websites to promote his touristic places and photos of those dachas.

For better understanding what is “dacha”, you can google and see that it is very popular resting place for people in Uzbekistan.

So, if simply:
How can i prove that all money in my bank account are legal without tax and income records?

Tuition Payment

How and where i can pay tuition for Aalto.

It is said that if i pay tuition until 29th of May, i can pay only 9000 euros.

But, where should i pay? Is there any invoice or smth like that?

Cuz i got only one link and it was to accept offer.
I accepted it and now need to pay tuition for PR.

Thanks!

Aalto or USF

I know, it may sound a bit strange to compare Finnish elite uni with medium-level US uni. But my case is a bit complicated and i need to choose one for sure.

USF - AI major. $11k/year scholarship for tuition (around $6k tuition lefts for tuition + ~$20k for dorm and meals per year)

Aalto - DSD major. No scholarship. Tuition + living costs = 12k + 8k = 20k euro per year.

The thing that forces me to choose is that i was firstly waitlisted from Aalto and almost lost my hope from it. While with USF, i completed most parts docs and even registered to the Visa interview.

It is okay for me to cancel the visa to USF, but i want to make sure that Aalto and Finland itself is a good place for working after my studies and it can open wide doors of opportunities.

Any ideas and suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you!
