What’s one online tool you wish existed? I might build it.

I’ve just added 50 new free online tools to ToolsAtZero, bringing the total to 100+ browser-based tools.
The goal is simple: create a place where people can quickly get things done without installing software or creating an account.
Current categories include:
📄 PDF Tools
🖼️ Image Tools
✍️ Text Tools
🧮 Calculators
🔄 Unit & File Converters
🌐 SEO Tools
👨‍💻 Developer Tools
🔐 Utility Tools
Everything is free and runs in your browser whenever possible.
I’m looking for feedback from people who actually use online tools:
What tools do you search for that are surprisingly hard to find?
Which SEO or developer tools do you use every week?
What features would make you switch from your current favorites?
I’d love to build what people genuinely need.

I built a free, privacy-first Chrome Extension to instantly sync Google Sheet rows to Google Meet (No external servers, BYOK)

Hey everyone,

If you manage client calls, interviews, or team schedules out of Google Sheets, you know how annoying the manual back-and-forth is: opening a row, jumping over to Google Calendar or Meet to create a link, copying it, and pasting it back into the cell.

I wanted to automate this workflow, but every tool out of the box wanted me to grant access to an external server or pay a monthly subscription. I didn’t want my spreadsheet data sitting on someone else's database.

So I built Sheet-to-Meet—a lightweight, privacy-first Chrome utility that syncs your rows straight to Google Meet instantly.

🚀 Why it’s different:

  • 100% Free & Open: No paywalls, no "premium tiers," no credit cards.
  • Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): It uses your own Google Cloud Console API credentials. Your data never leaves your browser sandbox. Zero tracking, zero external data storage.
  • Pure Automation: Select your spreadsheet row coordinates, click, and populate your Meet link right where you need it.

🛠️ How to get started:

  1. Grab it on the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Follow the quick, step-by-step onboarding to set up your local GCP credentials (takes less than 2 minutes).
  3. Start generating links directly inside your sheet DOM.

It's completely free to use. If you manage a workflow out of spreadsheets, I’d love for you to try it out and give me your raw feedback or feature requests!

ToolsAtZero| The zero-server workbench. 52 free tools. 100% local processing.

Hey makers! 👋

I’m thrilled to officially launch **ToolsAtZero** today.

As developers and creators, we use utility tools every single day. But I was constantly annoyed by searching for a simple "JSON formatter" or "PDF merger" only to get hit with an unexpected paywall, a massive watermark, or a slow server queue.

Worst of all? The privacy risk. I realized I was frequently pasting sensitive client data, production JWTs, and private PDFs into random websites without knowing where that data was being stored.

So, I built the platform I wished existed.

**ToolsAtZero** is a unified, Neo-Brutalist workbench featuring 52 everyday utilities spanning Developer Tools, PDF Manipulation, Image Formatting, and Text Processing.

**Why I think you'll love it:**

* 🔒 **100% Local Processing:** The entire platform is a static Next.js client-side application. Whether you are decoding a token or merging a 50-page PDF, the processing happens entirely within your browser's sandboxed memory. **Your files literally never touch a server.**
* ⚡ **Instant Execution:** No backend databases or server API calls mean zero latency. Everything runs at the speed of your local machine.
* 💸 **Zero Cost, Zero Ads:** No subscriptions, no pop-ups, no sign-ups required.
* ⬛ **Neo-Brutalist UI:** Designed to be clean, sharp, and highly functional so you can get in, do your work, and get out.

I originally built this to speed up my own agency workflow, but I am keeping it completely free for the maker community.

Check it out, try breaking it, and let me know your honest feedback. What tool should I add as number 53?

Cheers!

I’m an automation agency owner. I’m tired of "tab-switching" just to schedule a meeting. So, I’m building a solution.

I run an automation agency (NABHAAA), and lately, our team has been auditing our internal operations to cut down on "manual friction."
We have a massive recurring pain point: The gap between Google Sheets and Google Meet.
Currently, if we want to schedule a meeting with a client we're tracking in Sheets, it’s:

  1. Open the Sheet.
  2. Jump to the Calendar/Scheduling app.
  3. Generate a link.
  4. Jump back to the Sheet to paste the link and update the status.
It sounds small, but over a high-volume week, this "tab-switching tax" costs us hours of focus. Zapier and Make are great, but they are overkill for this. I don't want a "headless" automation; I want a native experience.
So, I’m building a lightweight Chrome side-panel extension. The goal is simple: Stay inside Google Sheets, click a row, and trigger a Meet link generation that auto-fills right into the cell. No switching tabs, no external dashboards.
I’m looking for 5-10 people who deal with this same pain point to act as early beta testers.
If you’re a recruiter, agency owner, or just someone who lives in spreadsheets and hates the manual scheduling dance, I’d love to have you try this out. No cost, just looking for honest feedback on whether this actually makes your life easier.
If you’re interested, just comment "I'm in" below, and I’ll DM you the private link once the MVP is ready to go.
