Chrome's constant inability to upload files unless fully up to date

I've noticed this in Chrome for years, but it's especially apparent while I'm on the job hunt and needing to upload my resume constantly. Pretty much about every other time I use chrome, I'm prompted to upload my resume, and clicking the upload button doesn't do anything. I have to re-start chrome, often losing progress on the app I've started. If Chrome isn't fully up to date, it won't upload anything and it's completely maddening to me. Does anyone else run into this?

We have lost the first game of the past 7 series

I couldn’t help but feeling like the past few weeks following the Nats have given me whiplash. It seems like as soon as I feel down on the team, they pull me back in. After looking at the schedule this stuck out to me. We always seem to be clawing these series back from behind, and starting the next one on a bad note. I’m perpetually cycling between “it’s so over” and “we’re so back”. If anyone has insight as to why this could happen, or if it’s just randomness, I’m all ears! Either way would love a dub tomorrow to break the streak!
