Help interpreting

There’s a guy that I had a falling out with that, I would like to reconnect with, but my biggest fear here is that if I reach out no matter when I’ll get rejected, and the only time a true opening will actually present itself is by the time i really don’t care anymore. Like my anxiety is gonna psych me out, but I feel like this is gonna be just another push pull dynamic. Like I really do want a second chance, but I feel like a part of me is aware of the fact that like he’s probably the type of person to only care once I really don’t care anymore.

Possible ethics violation

Ik this sounds dumb. I used to work for this clinic where the 2 head bcbas were dating. The one main bcba hired her sister who is a bcaba and actively had her on her caseload. That’s an ethics violation right?

Help!!

So I do have pretty experience in a nonprofit sector, but it’s been a while. I really would like to get back into it, especially in grant writing, but I don’t have any experience in grant writing and I only have an associates degree. I have no idea where to start any and all advice is welcome
