Figuring out best way to book Virgin Voyage cruise

Hello! Totally new to this scene, if you will, and I'm trying to get the best deal for a solo traveler (I really, really want a balcony/terrace, since I want to also feel closer to the ocean while on a cruise). I have a Delta Amex card, so I see there's a way to book via the Delta website, I think there's a way to do it via the Amex website, and obviously there's also the Virgin website, and then through a First Mate (?)/agent. Does anyone have tips on this, how to get the best deal out of all of these options? Thanks in advance!

Cruise demographics?

Hey everybody, so I recently found out about Virgin's cruises being great for solo travelers. I'm 40F and honestly, there are very few men in the middle of the Midwest who are single. Is there a particular trip or ship that has a lot of attendees in their 30s-40s that might have fairly normal, nice single men? This might be a risky question to ask on Reddit, but here we are. Thanks in advance for any info!

St. Louis Speakers' Series

Hello! From the website it looks like it's a no, but I would love to just go to the Anne Applebaum talk during the Powell Hall Speakers' series. Is there any way to go to one of the talks, without paying $500+ for the entire thing?

Equine Therapy

I think this post is okay here, it's my first time posting in this community. I started equine therapy two months ago and have had four sessions so far (three with horses, since the first one was an introductory session). It's been unbelievably helpful and I plan to keep going. I am guessing it's different for everyone, but if you've also tried equine therapy, how many sessions did you go for? It's kind of pricey and my insurance doesn't pay for it, unfortunately.
