Can I get ADSL instead of Fibre?

I don't need super fast broadband and was happy with the ADSL where I used to live but moved back to Chelmsford last year and now need a Broadband Provider.

I got Three Home Broadband as a stop gap but it's not very happy streaming BBC iPlayer. I turned the resolution down to compensate but other than that it's fine.

Fibre seems really expensive to what I was paying for ADSL and for the amount I use it seems too much to pay.

I can only find offers for Fibre now and don't know what to do.

Paintings in Day Of The Doctor

In, 'Day Of The Doctor', Kate shows The Doctor and Clara a group of paintings where something has, gotter out, which The Doctor works out from how the glass is broken.

Are these paintings something created for this scene, or are they real paintings that already existed?

If they are actual paintings does anybody know the artist and title of any of them?
