I am aware of all the different exams that i have to give but i have no idea how to start preparation for it. esp the first part AFK. i will be sitting in the august 2027 exam. I have also passed the INBDE exam of US. will it be of any help? please recommend preparation guide and what should i start with? is there any other course thats as good as prep doctors as i cannot afford the 7000 dollars fee. please give recommendations for courses and how i should move ahead?

On the verge of just giving up on everything.. here to rant and seek advice if any

I am 30 female. Belong to a well to do family and i am the youngest. I am a doctor who graduated in 2020. After that my life has been down hill. Nothing in any aspect seems to workout for me. I graduated with a low gpa, despite that i tried giving exams for other countries and passed the US exam on my third attempt but couldnt score a seat. Seeing the amount that it took for the three attempts and new visa policies i gave up on applying again and decided to continue postgraduate in Pakistan by giving fcps. Let me tell you how pathetic of an exam is this, i didnt pass the 3rd attempt in fcps too. I feel like a failure who cannot do anything. I see my parents and feel like i have let them down in the worst kind of way. They seem to be worried only for me, that godforbid something happens to them than what's going to happen to me. And i feel suffocated and trapped. Rishta aunties can't seem to find one suitable rishta for me and this is also my mistake and incompetance. I for once just want to feel happy and like i belong somewhere. I do not have a social life, i have almost no friends. I am good looking, and carry myself nicely, yes i am not exactly slim but i am also not overly fat. I have thought of giving up on life multiple times but it's just that i do not want my parents to go through that. My siblings are nice and well settled but i just cannot find a way in life. I do not know what to do? Even if i leave dentistry, what field should i go for that would give me enough to sustain myself and be respectable in society.
