This is an improved design of my previous sketch of the Provocator-class with a new name, better details, cleaner lines, and some changes to its stats.

When the Republic first deployed the Imperator-class and Secutor-class star destroyers to the frontlines, the Confederacy initially believed that the Separatist Navy's numerical advantage would be enough to overwhelm the capital ships. However, with increasing ship losses and the fact that the Imperator could easily defeat every Separatist warship except for the Lucrehulk-class battleships and Subjugator-class heavy cruiser.

Thus, Separatist high command immediately ordered the construction of a new warship to counter the Republic's star destroyers. Colonel Gizor Dellso was chosen as the lead designer of the new warship, with clear instructions that the warship could not only counter the Republic star destroyers, but also be quickly mass-produced. Thus, Dellso and his team decided that the ship would share components with the Providence-class carrier /destroyer for ease of maintenance and production. Thus, the Provocator-class battleship was created.

In this timeline, the White Russians won the civil war, and thus the Bolsheviks never came to power. The change means that the German revolution plays out differently since the defeat of the Bolsheviks would discourage the more radical revolutionaries from following the Bolsheviks. This means Luxemburg and Liebknecht survive, though they still split off from the SPD. However, the relations between the SPD and KPD in Germany are still significantly better than our actual reality, as Stalin can no longer influence the KPD to view the SPD as "social fascists".

In this timeline, the Beerhall Putsch turned out worse for the NSDAP, as Hitler was killed in the fighting, thus removing an extremely important figure for their movement. With Hitler's absence, the Strasser brothers reformed the party to embrace their more populist anti-capitalist positions. However, to maintain decent relations with other radical right parties, the Strassers use Göring as a mediator to smooth out issues with more aristocratic nationalist parties.
