I am going on my first long term solo backpacking trip through europe and asia, and since I'll probably be gone for a few months, I'm trying to cut costs wherever I can, especially on flights. CheapFlightFares seems to have the best prices out of all the sites I've checked. But I've never used them before and don't really know much about them.

Has anyone here booked with them before? Are there any tricks to get better prices or discounts if I get on their newsletter? I want to keep my flight costs as low as possible and avoid any extra charges that might come up.

I live in Bakersfield and have a group of college friends flying in next weekend. They really want to do a casino night while they're here. They're the type who'll spend hours on the casino floor, grab drinks, get good food, and just make a whole night of it. I know my friends and they like a high-energy environment lol.

I don't mind driving if it's worth it, so I've narrowed it down to Agua Caliente, Morongo, and Yaamava. They all seem like good options, but I can only pick one. Which would you guys recommend?

Hey, everyone. Hoping to get some tips. I have an event that I'm required to attend and the theme is black tie. Now, when I hear of "black tie" I think long flowy gowns. The problem is, I'm 4'9 and chubby so all gowns look like they swallow me whole.

Do you have any tips on what I could wear?

During summer vacation, I made an excel sheet of all our debts and was shocked to find out it was almost 400k. I hate the situation we're in. No matter how much I try not to, I can't help but put my mother to blame. My Mom earns less than 15k a month. She gets commissions but that happens 2-3 times a year only. Kapag sinwerte. She's a single mom. I have a brother 5 years younger than me. I am an undergrad student in my last year. I've been working part-time since I was 19, but that can only get me so far.

Nabaon na kami sa OLA. We don't have overdues yet, but I adviced my mom na pabyaan nalang munang mag OD, kasi kung uutang kami para magbayad edi mas mababaon kami more than we already are. Hindi naman maluho sa katawan ang nanay ko, pero may mga pagkakataon na magpapadala siya sa budol online tapos bibilhin niya kahit di kailangan. Alam kong umutang siya para saamin ng kapatid ko, but I wish she was more madiskarte, more hands on when it comes to finances. I don't hate her, I just wish things were more different.

Sabi ko sakanya i log out lahat ng OLA para ako nalang ang maglog in. At least that way, kung may manghaharass man, ako nalang makakabasa. Aminado ang nanay ko na mahina ang loob niya. That's what I hate. She provides for us, but I wish she would protect me, too. Tanggap ko nang andyan ang problema. She's been working at her job for more than 20 years. Sabi niya she stayed out of loyalty. Lintek na loyalty tuloy. Now, she thinks she's too old to apply for other jobs. I hate this situation. I have been looking for online side hustles, pero wala masyadong lumalabas. Nakailang job interviews na ata ako as barista, tutor, hoping na maging VA, etc etc.

I really need to know if there's someone out there who's been in the same situation as mine. And if may payo kayo or job offers, please let me know. Thank you.
