Hp Pagewide Printheads Block

Hi, any experts on how to resolve this. We have had so much back and forth with the suppliers technical team, I’m just too tired of the cleaning and purging process. Maybe there are other alternative ways around it.

Ps. This is for our single pass printer usign pigment ink. We currently switched the positions to continue operations.

What is this all about?

What is all this subtle “confusion” about? Who can deduce what is happening behind the scenes? Who is paying all these bills? What is the main aim of this party? Why now? Why Ndindi Nyoro?

CO2 Laser Warning…

We are running a 130w Co2 laser from Aeon but keep getting this errors: Laser tube-fault and Focusing lens overheating. This is an issue even after replacing the mirrors and lens after one time I forgot to use air assist.

Now we have tried to clean the lens, do alignment, increase air assist but still error comes up and funnily only shows when cutting acrylic.

Anyone experienced such before? Our chinese technician says this is normal but I highly doubt it.

Need your input/help.

Yaani naskia kuchemka, now imagine almost all doing the same thing.

What a complete waste of public resources.
Hii nchi inahitaji renovation, not just of its infrastructure, but of the way we think about public leadership.

How do we get to a point where a public officer can justify spending KSh 350 million on a governor’s private residence while ordinary citizens are struggling with basic services, unemployment, healthcare, education and the cost of living?

The level of greed, entitlement and impunity is honestly difficult to comprehend. Public office was supposed to be a responsibility not a personal upgrade and perhaps the bigger question is: how do we help our people back home make better, more informed choices at the ballot? Because leaders don’t appear from nowhere. We elect them.

Kwani hii tamaa inaletwa na nini? At what point did we normalize leaders treating public resources like their personal inheritance?

We need to start demanding better and holding those we elect accountable.

New Delhi, India. A northern cuisine.

I take lots of food pics but hardly post them. But these found me with good appetite and sharing mood coz the food was good despite being spicy.

Acha sasa nifike kenya nikule mashida. Ugali on remix. Ugali beans, ugali greens, ugali omena, ugali mayai, ugali fish, ugali dengu, ugali cabbage, ugali kuku 😭😭 now substitute ugali with rice/chapati and put it on remix.

Hadi Lini? Tuondolee shetani.

Are we really safe in our own country?

I’m running out of words.

Another young Kenyan disappears. Another body is found. Another family is left searching for answers. Another life is cut short. And then we move on until it happens again.

Today it’s them. Tomorrow it could be you. It could be me. It could be someone we love.

This cannot become normal.

No matter your tribe, age, religion or political affiliation, no Kenyan should live in fear of being abducted, tortured or killed without due process. We cannot call ourselves a nation governed by the rule of law if life can be taken so easily and accountability never follows.

Silence is no longer neutrality. Silence enables.

Speak up. Demand justice. Demand accountability. Defend the dignity and sanctity of every Kenyan life because if we stay quiet today, we may not have a voice tomorrow.

It is possible. We can make this change happen.

We can’t afford to repeat the same mistakes. It’s time for the old political guard to step aside. Leaders found guilty of corruption should face the law, every stolen public shilling should be recovered and justice should be served for the wrongdoings done to innocent Kenyans.

Ask yourself: What kind of Kenya do you want to live in? What opportunities, freedoms, and quality of life should the next generation experience?

Now imagine Kenya 10 years from today. How might the country look if new leaders such as Sifuna were given the opportunity to drive change?

How might it look if the current administration remained in power for another term?

Your vote is more than a choice for the next five years, it shapes the country’s long term direction. Consider the government’s record on corruption, accountability, the economy and the treatment of young people before casting your vote.

Even a brick wants to become something.

Never in my life did I ever see myself be where I am today. Looking back, every little moment, childhood experiences have directly made me who I am today. I never knew this, not consciously. But I realize this now, looking back and more especially in the younger days when our business was starting.

It was a deliberate attempt at something just make a living in the city, having graduated, no promising jobs, failed promises, naive( damn man), people took advantage but it is what it is now. One thing was clear, I was never going back home the same, I was going to change the fortunes of everyone around me. But how was I to do it? Perhaps a story of its own.

Anyways, it takes patience if building for the long term, always looking for new ideas and simplest ways of solving for it. In the end what really matters is ACTION. Just get started.

On that note, business people are suffering, we have no single voice as small-Medium enterprises and gorvenment is not rewarding enterpreneurs enough in matters policy, access to affordable capital, affordable industrial hubs for localized smes, banking incentives and municipal enforcement.

It is unfair for businesses to comply fully, import goods at higher rates, amid competition from chinese suppliers. At the same time, hawkers operate right at the door steps with cheaper alternatives without any measures whatsoever, we cant be in a jungle competition. This kills business and innovation, while customers benefit from lower prices, they suffer more for the poor and substandard quality in that sense.

The government should now spur local manufacturing as the chinese are already here. To me this is a good sign that a disruption is about to happen and money, well, cash - flows! Follow the money.

You probably know this already, it’s worth remembering.

Let us stay sharp, focused and have proper goals.
Alafu Ruto must go. For I cannot forget the horror, I cannot imagine the torment, I cannot see a future of a nation led by a murderer, thug and a liar.

Even if he builds more projects, a sovereign state cannot be led by a thug.

A lot, of nothings.

Your favorite thug mr president is one angered, manipulative, conman and a true reflection of the society we live in. Let’s change our ways!

Anyways, He will spend and do anything to win this by-election. Whether there is an election or not. This to me is the ultimate test for IEBC, how they handle this one, will be the exact match of how it will be next year.

Young guys must find ways of fighting DECEIT, in this era, give power to your favorite young comedians, upcoming beautiful musicians, give them the power and let them speak your voice.
Amplify their content.
