These are all without pump. All the pics except for the last 2 are clicked in the last few days. The last 2 pics are 2-3 months old - I have leaned down a bit since then but arms have remained the same.

My DEXA yesterday said 19% but I was kinda hoping for 16-17. My last DEXA said 18 and I have visually gotten a bit leaner since (same body weight). Wondering if it’s accurate or such small deviation s are just noise from hydration and glycogen.

Male, 39, 131lbs, 5ft 6in.

I think this is about 17-18% BF and I want to come down to 14% within a few weeks. I have been on a deficit for a while now and also pretty active - but there haven’t been much visual change or weight drop recently.

Also, I will start a lean bulk from August. What would be my weakest areas to focus on during the bulk?

The first four reps are without an active scapular retraction, just making sure shoulders are not rounded. Next 4 reps are with my shoulder blades squeezed and you can see how the muscle activation changes as a result. I feel the latter more in the centre of the back whereas the former mostly on the outer side of the back. Which is the right way to do it? Objective - lat flair.
