got an email today from B&T AG. they cannot fix my TP9 Suppressor or trigger. Both have to be fixed by B&T USA.
Will note: They said they plan To have a Live U.S. operation in 12-16 weeks.
Been trying to get ahold of B&T USA for a week+ regarding Major trigger Problems and suppressor problems on a Brand New TP9 SBR and a Brand new TP9 RBS Printed Suppressor. Love that a 3000$ Gun Fails to fire more then 5-10 rounds. (sometimes less) without getting stuck and requiring Manual resetting. Proper Maintenance Followed. 800-1000 Rounds in a week. Cleaned every 300 and re Oiled with Slip 2000 30. Still cant get more then 5 rounds without trigger failing to reset. Thanks B&T USA. Ill just cement the barrel next and Display it like a Tank in a museum.
For context I had bought a Brand new B&T TP9-US two weeks ago through a ffl. upon receiving it I cleaned, oil, and took it to a range and put 300 rounds through it. Trigger reset problems the entire time. Once again cleaned re oiled and added slip 2000 30 to it. 400 more rounds. Trigger still having problems resetting. Sometimes every 3 rounds sometimes 12 times in a 30 rnd mag. as well as my suppressor hub is breaking loose on the tri lug, you cant take it off but it has wiggle to it. Tried contacting B&T usa for over a week through emails and phone calls. No answers. no Responses. just crickets and a 3000$ gun sitting in the safe as a paperweight. No more useful then having cement down the barrel for display. even if B&T continues to do work in the US im skeptical on buying anymore products as a 3000$ gun has a 9lb trigger Multiple failure points brand new. as well as major unreliablity when following the correct owners procedures...
So after making my original Post yesterday and viewing Midnight Machine store today, everything but the MCX Bar, Trigger shoe and FR9 are taken off the website??? (Not out of stock, Fully taken off) skeptical to say they saw the post. Saw the backlash and saw the doubt from a lot of individuals... still no reply on Email, Insta or Reddit DM'S....
Would like to see if I can get Midnight Machine to answer on here, as they don't have a Number or respond to emails or Instagram DM's? I'm Super interested in the FR9 as I've gone to already order their trigger. (waiting on fulfillment). After reading sub Reddit's, scoping their Instagram and website I think as whole we need questions answered that aren't clear.
Q1 is over so where is the FR9 or atleast an update?
Will the FR9 be a 3 position or are we going to lose SEMI auto?
What are estimated times once out am I spending X amount to wait 4 months or one week till fulfillment?
I don't expect to have a FR9 at my door tomorrow but if I already have invested money into a company and expect to invest more. I would at least like to get a response when I send an email to support or through Instagram.
