Difficulty of replace 2018 gt timing tentioner?

New to the German cars and their backwards(literally) thinking. How long and what would the process be of accessing the timing for the vr6?

How much do yall think this is worth (162k)

All New: coils, tires, te37(I hope real) soft top and radio

He’s adding in a tuned but not installed k pro

Says there’s no issues regarding the drivetrain

Asking 14,500, got him down to 12,500

What do yall think

Update: guy isn’t sending vin, a vid of it running or pictures of undercarriage and I’m not driving 8 hours for no reason.
