Hello,

I’m experiencing a severe FPS drop and freezing issue in League of Legends that started after the most recent patch.

My game runs perfectly fine at stable 144 FPS while I am actively playing. However, the issue occurs specifically when I move my mouse to my second monitor and interact with any application (such as Discord or a browser). At that moment, the game freezes for a few seconds and FPS drops to 01, after which it recovers.

This also happens when Im playing TFT and using Meta TFT on a second monitor under the same conditions.

My setup:

CPU: Intel I7 10400F

GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650

RAM:32GB

OS: Windows 10

Dual monitor setup: 144Hz (main) + 60Hz (secondary)

Important notes:

This issue ONLY happens when interacting with the second monitor

It does NOT happen during normal gameplay on a single screen

It started yesterday after the latest patch

Drivers are up to date

Hardware acceleration is disabled in Discord and browser

Fullscreen and Borderless modes both have the same issue

META TFT app is not the cause (tested without it)

This behavior seems related to focus switching between monitors and possibly refresh rate or GPU scheduling conflicts introduced by the patch.

Could you please confirm if this is a known issue or if there is a fix/workaround available?

Thank you.
