Halloween activities?

very severe, looking for things to do that don’t require a device especially. but I may want to watch some not too simulating Halloween-ish movies/shows because it’s my fave holiday.

Meal planning and food with MCAS

I am very severe. Currently researching low histamine food, testing, writing instructions for caregivers and grocery list. Don't have enough support. In a program where there is only a caregiver or two for a house of 5 people. They don’t have time for interesting meals. Food gets so boring that it's un appetizing. Have to eat six times a day. Chronic constipation. What do I do?

Extremely ill urgent help needed

Hi everyone. I’m reaching out because I urgently need help.

I’m in the Tacoma/Pierce County Washington area and I’m bedbound with very severe ME/CFS. I’ve also been dealing with severe malnutrition and may need to go to the ER, but I can’t safely go alone.

I can’t speak reliably because of my illness, become extremely overstimulated, and need someone who can stay with me, help communicate with hospital staff, and advocate for me.

If anyone is able to accompany me, or knows a person or organization that helps with this, I would be incredibly grateful. Even sharing this post could help.

Please comment or send me a private message. (expect slow responses, using my phone makes me feel very ill). Thank you so much.

Need urgent help

I’m hoping someone here might know of resources.
I have very severe ME/CFS and am completely bedbound and unable to speak. I’ve also been dealing with severe malnutrition and complications from refeeding, but getting appropriate medical care has been incredibly difficult. I've been getting neglected in emergency rooms.
I’m looking for recommendations for anything that might help in the Tacoma area (or Washington in general):patient advocates organizations that help people who are too sick to advocate for themselves, or just someone to come with me to the ER. If you’ve had a good experience or know of someone who truly understands severe ME/CFS, I’d really appreciate any suggestions. Thank you.

(AI helped me write this because no energy. Message me if you can help directly)

Need an ER buddy

Very severe, can't speak. Severely malnourished, think I have refeeding syndrome. And need hospital admittance. Have no one to stay with me and make sure I don't get neglected. I live in Washington

Update: found someone to come with me this time
