I’m starting at KCU in a week, mix of excitement and fear. How are you guys feeling?

Birding in and around Joplin

I’m coming to Joplin in a few weeks as a student, and I’d like to have a spot to go walk and look for birds as a way to destress. I was wondering if there were any particular spots that anybody knows that are good for birding. Thanks for any input you may have:)

Bird ID (Croation National Park Bird)

My buddy knows I love IDing birds, but he is on a trip in Croatia and looking online and on Merlin I couldnt figure it out. Does anyone know?
