I am a new driver in Dubai. I just got my license. But I am not a car expert, so please help me choose.

What I am looking for in a car:

* Used car

* Reliable; doesn't break down too often

* Reasonable fuel consumption

* Easy to resell in the future

What I need help with:

* Should I buy an SUV or a sedan, and why?

* Should I look for a hybrid or petrol only?
