Cosmetic issue after only 4 wears

I got my first rep watch 3 months ago from geektime after reading reviews about their reputation. I've only worn it a few times and today I noticed that the white ball at the top of the face fell off. Idk where it went as it must have fallen off the last time I wore it. Is this something I can get fixed or is it a lost cause. Is this a common issue or was I just unlucky?

Any advice is appreciated.

Found out my prolactin was off the charts and my testosterone was low. Since starting treatment the weight has been melting off. I've lost 50lb and still want to lose another 20-30lb. This looks like grade 3 or 4 but don't know if it's just because of the weight loss or not. For reference the 3rd picture is from 10 years ago when I was approximately the same weight I was today.

Should I get the surgery? If so, what should I get exactly?

Should I wait until I get to my ideal weight?

I'm in Toronto Canada, any referrals for someone in this area?

Researching costs in my area looks to be $7k-$12k CAD. Is it worth traveling internationally?

What should I be asking or looking out for when doing consultations?

Thanks for your help
