Hello all! I just moved to the area a few days ago. I have an older Mazda 3 whose brakes have become rather squishy. Ive already searched online and read reviews, but i was wondering if you all had any personal experiences or recommendations (good or bad) for honest and fair priced independstnt auto repair shops in the area? Hi all. I got two of these ~2inch thick ribeyes from a local butcher. I was planning on smoking them along with lots of other stuff for memorial day. Obviously I'll have a temp probe inside the meal while smoking, but I wanted to get an idea of possibly how long it might take to get this thick a steak to ~115 in a 250F smoker? I just wanted to get idea of when to start so I can include a 30 minute rest before searing and to serve to guests. I normally do briskets, but didnt feel like getting up at 5 AM this year. Thanks!
Bonus question, butcher said these were prime... im not sure. Their briskets are always tasty, but i guess I expected more marbling? But im no meat expert.
